Payments
Upon confirmation of your booking, your counselor will advise you of exact payment amounts and schedules (deposit and final payment) as required by your cruise line or tour operator. FOR BOOKINGS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF DEPARTURE, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL Method of payment by major credit card, money order, or cashier's check as specified and accepted by the cruise line/tour operator. Payments by credit card will require signed authorization to be sent to A.I.R. If paying with a third party credit card, a copy of the front and back of the credit card, address and phone number must also be sent with the signed authorization. back to top

Cancellation
Your payment for your cruise/tour constitutes a binding agreement with the cruise line/tour operator and its policies and fees. Fees for cancellation are strictly enforced. Ask your cruise counselor to review these policies and fees with you. Your tour or cruise line's brochure outlines this policy as well as other important information which you should read carefully. In the event that you should have to cancel, please call Cruise Mart first and then FAX us your cancellation IN WRITING. In addition to the fees that are levied by the cruise line/tour operator for cancellations and changes, Cruise Mart will assess an additional $25 per person (not room or cabin) fee on reservations changed or cancelled after payment has been made. back to top

Cancellation Protection
Most cruise lines and tour operators offer a Trip Cancellation Protection policy, for an additional fee, which would reimburse penalties in the event you had to cancel your cruise due to a covered medical reason. TRIP CANCELLATION PROTECTION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Your counselor will be happy to review your options with you so you can travel with peace of mind. back to top

Late Fees/Change Fees
Cruise lines, tour operators, and/or Cruise Mart may assess fees for last-minute bookings and the expediting of payments and/or documents. Any changes or revisions to an existing booking or documents, such as a name change, may also be assessed a fee. Your counselor will advise you of any fees as dictated on a case-by-case basis. back to top

Dining Request/Cabin Assignment
Your cruise counselor will place your dining REQUEST. This is only a request—not guaranteed—and passengers must CONFIRM their dining arrangements upon boarding their ship. Some cruise lines allow us to select your cabin at the time of booking while many other lines opt for the "Run of Ship" "TBA" "Guarantee" method which means you will not know your room number until boarding. back to top

Travel Documents
Cruise tickets or tour vouchers will be sent to you about 2 weeks prior to departure. If you do not receive them, please call us. Some cruise lines do not send tickets but hold them at the pier for pickup. Last-minute bookings will also have pier pickup tickets. In these cases, carry your paid invoice to show at the pier check-in. Pier pick-up instructions will be enclosed with your invoice. PLEASE READ YOUR INVOICES AND TICKETS CAREFULLY. back to top
